Delivery Areas
We deliver across Sydney and selected interstate locations. Please contact us to confirm delivery availability in your area.
Regional and remote areas may incur an additional delivery fee. Any applicable fees will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
Most in-stock items are delivered within 1–2 weeks, with deliveries typically scheduled on Wednesdays. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Custom-made furniture typically requires 6–8 weeks for production and delivery. Lead times may be extended during factory shutdown periods, major holidays (such as Christmas), or peak seasons. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is not available Australia-wide and is only offered within Sydney metro for selected products.
This service is handled by our own delivery team (not third-party couriers) and is subject to stock location and product size.
Assembly service can be arranged for an additional fee.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you by phone or message. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery Partners
Standard deliveries are carried out by our trusted long-term delivery partners.
The delivery provider will be selected based on the product size, weight, and delivery location.
Multiple Boxes & Large Items
Some items may be shipped in multiple boxes and delivered separately. Packages may arrive on different days depending on courier handling and logistics.
For exceptionally large orders or deliveries requiring multiple vehicle loads, additional delivery fees may apply.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. If any additional delivery charges are required, we will contact you for approval before dispatch.
Delivery Conditions
For buildings without lift access, deliveries are limited to the ground floor or first floor. Additional carrying fees may apply for higher floors.
For buildings with lift access, customers must ensure the lift is large enough to accommodate the ordered items. Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access at the delivery address.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or lack of access, re-delivery fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery.
Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos.
