Refund Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you change your mind, we may accept a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • We are notified within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included components are returned with the item.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Process

All returns must be arranged through our Customer Service team.

Please do not return or send any items without first receiving return authorization and instructions from us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or identifiable upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to remedies for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
